Role Summary
Lead the technical design, build, and delivery of our Oracle Product Information Management (PIM) platform — owning solution architecture, integrations, data quality, and the standards the development team builds against.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
  • Own the end-to-end technical design, development, and implementation of the Oracle PIM solution
  • Mentor and provide technical direction to the development team
  • Define and enforce development standards, patterns, and best practices
  • Run code reviews and hold the team to a high quality bar

Oracle PIM Solution
  • Configure PIM modules — data modeling, workflows, and data governance — to meet business requirements
  • Build and maintain custom extensions, integrations, and reports
  • Diagnose and resolve complex PIM issues; tune and optimize system performance
  • Track new Oracle PIM releases and apply relevant features

Data Management
  • Safeguard data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across PIM and connected systems
  • Implement data quality rules and validation processes
  • Plan and execute data migrations and conversions

System Integration
  • Design and deliver integrations between PIM and enterprise systems (ERP, e-commerce, etc.)
  • Build integrations using web services, APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Project Delivery
  • Contribute to planning, estimation, and execution
  • Own technical deliverables and drive them to on-time completion
  • Partner with business analysts and project managers to scope and prioritize requirements

Support & Maintenance
  • Provide ongoing support; resolve production incidents and service requests
  • Manage upgrades and patching
  • Author and maintain technical documentation

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 6+ years developing and implementing Oracle PIM and inventory solutions
  • Deep hands-on expertise across Oracle PIM modules
  • Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and Java skills
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or comparable integration tools
  • Proven experience with web services and APIs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills; effective working independently and on a team

Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle PIM certification(s)
  • Oracle database administration experience
  • Agile delivery experience
  • Cloud-based Oracle PIM deployment experience
  • Background in data governance and master data management (MDM)
