We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Director to lead business growth across the GCC region for our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management within the GCC market. This role requires someone who understands regional business culture, has strong networking capabilities, and can independently drive revenue growth across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing enterprise client relationships, and building long-term strategic partnerships. The role involves working closely with leadership teams to expand market presence and achieve aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales growth across GCC countries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Identify new clients, partnerships, and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the GCC region.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections for leadership review.
- Support branding and market expansion initiatives in the Middle East region.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Strong experience handling market clients.
- Experience in IT Services, Staffing, Offshore Hiring, Digital Transformation, or Technology Solutions preferred.
- Strong network within UAE and GCC region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently drive revenue targets and strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Willingness to travel across GCC countries as required.
Preferred
- Prior experience working in Dubai or GCC region.
- Understanding of regional business regulations and market dynamics.
- Arabic language knowledge will be an added advantage.
